AVC Students:

The SAVS has been diligently updating many of our forms/guidelines over the
past year in the hope that they better serve students’ needs. The Office of
Academic and Students Affairs has graciously allowed the SAVS to utilize
space on E*Value to store SAVS’s digital materials for your access.

NEW Guidelines for Student-Organized Events and Activities: This is a
resource for students to use in the event planning process. It covers event
funding options, room booking, live animal use and, even bake sales.

NEW AVC Student, Club, and Organization Funding Form: The SAVS offers
funding for Student Development and AVC Clubs. The form is newly refreshed,
so make sure you check it out.

AVC Club and Organization Ratification/New Club Form: Check this form out
if you are looking to create a new club at the AVC or looking to apply for

AVC Club and Organization Constitution Template: This document was set up
to assist newly formed club in the creation of a club constitution. By
following this guide, you ensure your club meets the requirements of both
the SAVS and the UPEI SU (essential for ratification). It is also a great
resource if your club or organization chooses to update their constitution.

SAVS Constitution: The book on SAVS.

If you have any questions or comments on these documents, please reach out.
I would be happy to hear them.

Have a great day,

Mitchell C.

SAVS President

P.S. Don’t forget about our upcoming Industry Day. It will occur Wednesday,
October 5th 9 AM - 3 PM in the McCain Learning Commons. Come meet a
selection from the Veterinary Industry!
